Fruit of COMTEC's numerous references HEALTH in the different sectors of the sanitary area, the FUNDACIÓ JOINED CATALAN D'HOSPITALS and ACES (Catalan Group of Sanitary Establishments) they have established an agreement of collaboration with COMTEC by virtue of which COMTEC HEALTH will offer his technical support for the rendering of services of consultancy and formation, being a sponsor of the development of organizations (excelence in the management and management of the quality).
This agreement is made to satisfy the growing demand from associated organisations of these kind of specialised services.
COMTEC has developed a wide experience in the health field doing projects on ISO 9001:2000 Certification, self-assessment and improvement according to the EFQM Excellence Model, strategic deployment, benchmarking, customer satisfaction analysis, work climate analysis, etc. Thanks to its projects, COMTEC HEALTH has helped its clients to obtain all kinds of acknowledgements (Quality Award from Generalitat de Catalunya (the Government of Catalaunya), Top 20 Award, Hospital Quality Excellence Award, and so on).
Over the last years COMTEC has specialised in consultancy services and training to accredit the Acute Hospital Care Centres of Catalunya.
