The week was established as an annual event aimed at organizations and the general public for emphasis, promote and demonstrate the advantages and importance that the quality is on the development and competitiveness of Europe.Organized by the Spanish Association for Quality (ACS) and the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade was held from 5 to 11 November the thirteenth European Quality Week.
Traditionally, the week takes place at which falls on the second Thursday of the month, the World Day of Quality.
The theme chosen for this issue has been "Innovation + = Quality Commitment responsible" and he wants to unite the three legs of a development designed according to modern trends of the management in organizations: Quality, Innovation and Social Responsibility.
